Financial support of the Sacred Heart Crew team comes from three sources: parents, friends of Heart Crew, and the school. Rowing families pay an annual fee which helps offset the cost of running the program. Other revenues are generated through fundraisers and donations. 
The largest fundraiser for the program is the annual Guidebook/Yearbook. This campaign starts in early February and ends in April. This book is a compilation of information about the sport and the Sacred Heart Team. Many parents, families, local businesses, and friends of the program purchase ads in this book.
